A wonderful incense ritual, begin the day by opening the windows and lighting incense to cleanse the air and set your mood.
Take a moment to close your eyes, focus on the aroma and ground yourself.
How to Use:
Light the end of an incense stick and let the flame burn for a few seconds. Blow out the flame to leave a burning ember – and place the stick in an incense holder. Let the incense burn until it’s fully extinguished.

Burn incense sticks in a heat-safe holder, away from flammable items. Never leave them unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Use in a well-ventilated space.
