How to Use:

Remove all packaging before use. Place holder on a level heat resistant surface. Place incense in the chimney and light the tip.

Once lit extinguish the flame and allow to burn.

Burn time approx. 30 mins (Incense cone)

Can also be used for palo santo or sage bundles.

Warning

Never leave unattended. Holder will become hot, allow to cool completely before touching. Keep away from flammable materials and delicate surfaces. Use in a well-ventilated area, keep away from children and pets.

The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and we are unable to take responsibility for the items whilst in transit, so we recommend using a secure and tracked postage service as well as keeping proof of postage. We are unable to authorise any refund until we have received the returned item in its original condition and will not take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in the post so please take care to cover yourself.

 Once we have received the item the refund will be processed within 14 days and the money refunded to the original payment source, i.e the debit/ credit card or paypal used for the purchase.

 We are unable to offer refunds on any custom items made to order.

 Faulty Items

 All our pieces go through quality control before they are sent out, however, should the item arrive damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs with the item within three months of your purchase we will either exchange or repair the item. Please contact us immediately should this happen. Damage through general wear and tear or accidental damage does not fall under faulty items and if on return we deem this to be the case there will be no exchange or repair and there will also be a charge to send it back to you.
