Place your incense chimney on a heatproof surface and then decide hether you want to light a tealight candle inside of it, burn an incense cone and watch the cmoke come out of the chimney or burn palo santo or white sagein it.

How to Use: (incense)

Light the end of an incense cone and let the flame burn for ten seconds. Blow out the flame – make sure the end is still lit – and place the cone within the chimney. Let the incense burn until it’s fully extinguished.

 Once we have received the item the refund will be processed within 14 days and the money refunded to the original payment source, i.e the debit/ credit card or paypal used for the purchase.

 We are unable to offer refunds on any custom items made to order.

 Faulty Items

 All our pieces go through quality control before they are sent out, however, should the item arrive damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs with the item within three months of your purchase we will either exchange or repair the item. Please contact us immediately should this happen. Damage through general wear and tear or accidental damage does not fall under faulty items and if on return we deem this to be the case there will be no exchange or repair and there will also be a charge to send it back to you.
