Take a moment to close your eyes, focus on the aroma and ground yourself.
How to Use:
Light the end of an incense stick and let the flame burn for a few seconds. Blow out the flame to leave a burning ember – and place the stick in an incense holder. Let the incense burn until it’s fully extinguished.
